Reporter: Tottenham has not yet officially quoted Xavi Simmons, and Leipzig is asking for at least 70 million euros

According to reporter Philipp Hinze, Tottenham has not yet officially quoted Leipzig attacker Xavi Simmons.

Philipp Hinze revealed that Tottenham has notified Leipzig that they are negotiating with Xavi Simmons and that although they have expressed interest in the players to Leipzig, Tottenham has not submitted a formal offer.

Chelsea is still competing for Xavi Simmons, and Leipzig is waiting for the arrival of the official offer. Harvey Simmons is currently in London and has been allowed by Leipzig to not participate in training and competitions for the time being. He is awaiting further notice. The total transfer fee for Leipzig is at least 70 million euros.
