Official: Sevilla s new director Kordon took office and signed for three years

La Liga Sevilla Club officially announced that the new football director Antonio Corton took office and signed a contract for three years.

On Wednesday local time, Sevilla Club issued an announcement on its official website stating: "After former director Victor Holta resigned, Antonio Corton became the club's new football director and signed with the club for three years."

Antonio Corton was born in 1963. He started his football management work in Villarreal in the 1999-2000 season. After working there for 17 years, he went to the Monaco Club and won the Ligue 1 championship with the team. One season later, he became the sports CEO of Hope Group, which included clubs such as Granada, Parma, Chongqing Lifan, and Tundra CD (Portugal). Granada and Parma both advanced to the top league in three seasons.

Antonio Corton then went to the Ecuadorian Football Association for several months, returned to Spain during the epidemic, worked for Betis Club for another three years, and won the 2021-22 Cup of Kings' Cup. Afterwards, Antonio Cordon went to the Greek Olympiacos Club and won the European Union championship with the team. Before coming to the Sevilla Club, Antonio Cordon served as Football Director at Five Eleven Capital.
