NBA executive: Sciatica is really painful. I wouldn’t be surprised if James won’t play in October or November.

Recently, an NBA executive anonymously accepted an interview with Lakers Daily reporter Ashish Mathur and talked about the injury of Lakers forward James.

On October 10, the Lakers officially announced that forward James will undergo re-examination in about 3 to 4 weeks due to right sciatica.

"Sciatica is really, really painful," the NBA executive said. "LeBron's body doesn't recover as quickly as it used to. I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't play in October or November. The Lakers have to be careful with this injury, and I think they'll be very, very careful."
