Recently, Cuban talked about the Mavericks boss Patrick Dumont in an interview.

Speaking of Dumont, Cuban said: "I know he cares (the team). I have no doubt that he is eager to win the championship, but he is not me. He will achieve this goal in his own way."

In early February this year, the Mavericks sent Doncic, Kleber and Markieff Morris to the Lakers, and the Mavericks received Anthony Davis, Max Christie and the first round pick in 2029. The deal also involves the Jazz.
