According to official information, 39-year-old Modric freely joined AC Milan. The two sides signed the contract until 2026, with a one-year option to renew the contract.

AC Milan is pleased to announce that Luca Modric has signed a contract with the club to be valid until 30 June 2026 and has the option to extend it for one year until 30 June 2027.

Luka Modric will wear the No. 14 jersey of the Red and Blacks.
