Rumenig celebrates his 70th birthday today. In the summer of 1984, he transferred from Bayern to Inter Milan. He made 107 appearances in league, cup and European competitions in three seasons (1984-1987), scoring 42 goals. Inter Milan fans remember his physical fitness, strength, leadership and unforgettable goals: from a league debut against Juventus, to a wonderful goal in the derby, to a half-turned volley against Torino, and many wonderful goals in the European Cup. While wearing Inter Milan's jersey, Rummenigge showed all his talents. During his brilliant career, he won two Golden Globe Awards, which is a further recognition of his extraordinary strength.
