Italian media: Agnelli and other former Juventus executives reached a plea agreement with the court for financial fraud case

Italian media calcioefinanza reported that former Juventus executives such as Agnelli and Nedved reached a plea agreement with the court for financial fraud cases.

The plea agreement has a sentence of 11 months to 1 year and 8 months (probation), involving Agnelli, Nedved and Paratic. The former Juventus Gao Arivabene made a decision not to prosecute. In the lawsuit, the charges included market manipulation, obstruction of supervision and false invoices.

Pretrial Judge Anna Maria Gavoni approved the sentence: Agnelli 1 year and 8 months, Nedved 1 year and 2 months, and Paratic 1 year and 6 months. The other two defendants were 11 months old.

In addition, Juventus Club was fined 156,000 euros. It is understood that one-third of the more than 200 civil parties have reached compensation agreements, with a total amount of 1.08 million euros.
