Barcelona s financial report for the 24-25 fiscal year: main business income of 994 million euros, pre-tax profit of 2 million euros

Barcelona today provided club members with financial reports for the 2024-25 fiscal year and budget for the 2025-26 season, which will be discussed at the annual membership meeting held on October 19.

Barcelona's pre-tax profit was positive for the second consecutive year, reaching 2 million euros, and the club has improved in terms of economic recovery and operational efficiency. Despite spending another season at Montec Stadium, Barcelona's main business revenue still reached 994 million euros. Excellent results and fan enthusiasm have driven the growth of stadium revenue (+39 million euros), while record attendance and business performance have also contributed to overall growth.

In terms of sponsorship, Barcelona set a new record of 259 million euros, thanks to a new contract with Nike and other strategic agreements. In addition, the commodity sales business performed particularly well, reaching 170 million euros (55% increase from the previous fiscal year), which is mainly attributed to the development of international e-commerce, which now covers more than 170 countries.

Barcelona reevaluated the club's production company, with a final valuation of 178 million euros, plus the new product sold through the PSL (personal seat license), which brought in more than 70 million euros in additional revenue. However, a special agreement with UEFA (a fine of €15 million for violating fair play rules) resulted in an after-tax profit of -17 million euros. The club's financial structure remains solid, with debts down to 469 million euros, down 90 million euros from the previous fiscal year. As for the total salary, Barcelona has controlled it to 54% of its main business revenue, two percentage points higher than last season and is clearly in line with UEFA's regulations. For the 2025-26 season, the club expects main business revenue to reach 1.075 billion euros, mainly due to the gradual return to the Camp Nou Stadium, which will increase the stadium revenue by about 50 million euros while continuing to maintain a positive sponsorship trend and is expected to set a new record in merchandise sales, with the goal of approaching 200 million euros.

By prudent investment policies and internal talent management, Barcelona expects to maintain a profit of €5 million before tax, thus maintaining positive values for three consecutive years.
